A stylish exterior makeover and loft conversion has transformed our homeowners’ 1930s semi-detached property enhancing its art-deco features and bringing a sought-after master suite.
To maximise the interior space we carried out a Hip to Gable conversion to the rear of the property creating the spacious and airy master bedroom, complete with stunning marble and glass en-suite.
The new room has been designed as a light-flooded, relaxing sanctuary. A palette of contemporary neutrals with grey pinks creates a feeling of calm and elegance. The chic marble walk-in shower features a power shower with rain style shower head, wooden vanity unit, heated towel rail and integrated WC. Timeless, solid oak internal joinery adds to the natural sense of tranquility created by this rooftop haven.
The front roof has also been replaced with Velux windows streaming daylight and fresh air to the master suite and amplifying the feeling of space.
The transformation is completed by slate grey glazing throughout, contrasting with the sharp white render.
