Our clients, working in consultation with our design team, decided to use their loft to add a stunning rooftop master suite to their home. Space has been optimised by opening up and adding a full-width, tile-hung dormer, that closely matches the existing rooftop. Rooflights and dormer windows bring natural light flooding into the converted loft.
Inside, the space is reminiscent of a boutique hotel with beautiful light oak effect parquet flooring, complementing a timeless, soft neutral colour palette for bedroom and stairs.
Bespoke, built-in storage makes efficient use of every inch of space, with traditional mouldings defining the quality of the build and finish.
Leading through into the en-suite, the luxurious theme continues with marble tiles, a generous walk-in shower, heated towel rail and sleek, wall-mounted double vanity unit, all complemented by contemporary brushed-gold fixtures and fittings. Good lighting and a large window expand the illusion of space.
Access to the new master suite has been created by a cleverly-designed light oak staircase that winds up from the floor below with painted wood-panelling creating a sophisticated look.
