Glass skylights over the extension open up the view to the sky, whilst large bifold glazing enables the room to flow seamlessly out onto the newly landscaped terrace. The use of fresh white render marks out this contemporary addition to the life of this period property. Neatly, the internal space is contrasted by a characterful London stock feature brick wall, harking back to the original structure. Sleek, handleless kitchen cabinetry perfectly complements the contemporary open-plan space. A kitchen island with waterfall effect granite worktop is a stylish and functional addition, providing additional space for food preparation and casual dining. Texture and colour from the sweeping chevron Amtico wood-effect flooring has been used to great effect to add warmth and atmosphere throughout room.
