Extending into the loft with subtle bonnet dormers to the rear was the obvious solution to extend our North Park client’s stunning Arts and Craft style home. The design was contemporary in its approach, but mirrored the aesthetic of the house and surrounding properties in line with conservation planning requirements.
After obtaining relevant permissions, our team constructed the pitched roof dormer loft conversion, seamlessly blending the new structures with the existing roof, adding to house’s character and charm.
A full-sized heritage-style staircase rises through the centre of the house, creating a grand entrance hallway and linking the new space with the rest of the home for maximum impact.
